The company will use its existing production line to produce crude lead and matte copper. During the cooperation, our company will hold a 49% stake and fully manage the production and operation, achieving a profit of 120 million yuan within the 3-year contract period.
To deepen cooperation, we will lead the promotion of a joint investment of 160 million RMB in 2023. With forward-looking analysis of industry trends and accumulation of core technologies, the project has established high standard specifications since its launch, built a fully intelligent production line, and successfully created a multi metal solid waste comprehensive utilization factory with an annual processing capacity of 200000 tons.
The factory has an annual output value of 1.5 billion yuan.
